AN acclaimed virtuoso pianist is set to be the final performer of the season at Mayfield Music concerts.
Robert Markham will perform at St John the Baptist Church, in Mayfield, from 7.30pm on Friday.
He was part of one of Mayfield Music’s most successful concerts to date last year and this time the musician is back for a solo performance which organisers say is guaranteed to attract an enthusiastic audience.
Markham will play Rachmaninov’s Sonata No 2 in B Flat minor Op 36, Bach Toccata and also well-known pieces by Chopin and Debussy.
