SOME unusual guests are set to help a new Uttoxeter estate agent celebrate its opening.

Abode, Anderson-Dixon will be holding an open day at its shop in the Market Place from 10am to 2pm tomorrow to celebrate one month of trading.

To help it celebrate, the firm will be bringing along a mobile petting farm consisting of Kune Kune piglets, lambs, chickens, pygmy goats and rabbits and a special visit from Joe the Bactrian camel.

Nathan Anderson-Dixon, of Abode, said: "The people of Uttoxeter have been very welcoming and receptive so, as well as hosting this free event, we have decided to donate £10 for every new listing received in July to a local charity which will be announced on the day.
