Sudbury prisoner convicting of causing death by dangerous driving has absconded

A MAN convicted for causing death by dangerous driving has absconded from a South Derbyshire prison.

Martin Casey, 28, (pictured) did not return to HMP Sudbury on April 10, 2014.

He was ordered to serve eight years in prison at Nottingham Crown Court on April 17 2013.

He is described as being five feet, eight inches tall, with a slim build and short brown hair. He also has blue eyes and an Irish accent.

His last known address was in Leicester.

Anyone with information is asked not to approach him but contact their local police or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
