UTTOXETER Town warmed up for Monday’s President’s Cup final by crushing Redgate Clayton 9-1 at Oldfields in their Staffordshire Senior League Division One clash.
Town came from behind after Matt Barlow gave the visitors the lead.
Martin Gadsby levelled and Liam Sowter gave Town the lead before three goals in five minutes before half-time effectively wrapped up the points.
Gadsby again and Redshaw pounced in addition to an own goal.
Sowter completed his hat-trick after the break and Tommy Smith grabbed a brace as Town put their opponents to the sword.
