A CARE home is running a summer fete to mark its 60th anniversary.
Kirk House, in Balance Street, will run the event from 2pm to 4pm on September 6.
Residents have helped decide which activities should be available and have come up with ideas including name the doll and guess the weight of the cake.
Members of the public will also enjoy a tombola, a cake stall, bric-a-brac, tea and scones and a hot dog stand.
Tombola prizes have been donated by Hairline, Francesco's and Sergeant's.
