A UTTOXETER tea shop has stepped back in time to the 1940s as it celebrated its second anniversary.
The Vintage Tea Emporium, in Market Place, held a 1940s wartime day as a thank you to all its customers and staff for their support over the last two years.
The event saw the girls dressed as land girls and in RAF uniform and a 1950s vintage Bentley event made an appearance.
Uttoxeter singer Maisey Hepburn recreated some of the music of the time as she took to the stage dressed as a performer from the era.
Owner Angela Aleksejuk said: “The day was amazing and we were packed all day.
“I wanted to hold the event to say thank you for everyone’s custom.”
