This cheap yet effective device from Lakeland is the perfect solution.
The product is best described as a giant electric razor designed for clothes.
Powered by two AA-sized batteries, the hand-held unit spins a high-powered cutter blade which neatly and cleanly slices though the bobbles on your clothes — collecting the remnants in a waste fluff compartment.
Protecting your clothes from this high-powered blade is a foil cover — which works in exactly the same way as a foil guard on your electric razor which protects your skin from the swirling blades.
A quick rub over your clothes with this Bobble Buster is all that is needed to rid that aging jumper of yours from those unsightly lumps and bumps.
The Bobble Buster isn’t suitable for certain fabrics — cashmere for example — but overall works well on most of the fabrics I have tested.
Gently pressure and slow circular movements are best when de-bobbling. With a little time and perseverance, it is possible to transform that old jumper back into a garment which passes the ‘acceptable to wear in public’ test.
