Were you inspired to run after watching last year's Stafford half marathon?
If so, let us know how your preparations have gone for this month's race.
Send us a blog and tell us how your training has gone these past few months, the ups and downs of training through the difficult winter period.
Have any injuries affected you? Have you trained solely on road or gone off-road or simply on a treadmill?
Tell us all about your schedule, has it gone the way you hoped it would. Give us the full run down in a blog and perhaps you have a picture to go with it.
Many of you will also be raising money for charity. Name your charity and why you are raising money for that particular one, we can even include a link to a fundraising page.
Perhaps you have bigger plans after training to take on the 13.1 miles in the Stafford half marathon, a marathon may be your goal.
In the past, Newsletter sports editor Dave McLean, a runner of 30 years completing 11 Stafford Half Marathons, has twice initiated a training programme for beginners through the pages of the paper and most of those readers have trained up and successfully completed the half marathon.
If you've never run before and would like to take part, you may get the chance to join our latest beginners group later this year.
Further details will appear in the Newsletter and on our website in the coming weeks.
If you are just watching this year's race, who knows you could be the one pulling on your trainers for the 2014 race.
