POPCORN has made a big comeback this year – from savoury to sweet, spicy to salty.
But here comes the best yet - the Creme Egg Popcorn - ideal for when you are watching your favourite Saturday night TV show.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
You will need:
1½ tbsp sunflower oil
150g popping corn
3 Cadbury Creme eggs, smashed
1. Heat the oil in a large pan with a tight fitting lid over a medium heat. Add the corn put on the pan lid and shake to cover with the oil. Cook until the popping stops.
2. Remove from the heat, leave to stand for 20-30 seconds and then stir in the smashed Cadbury Creme eggs.
TIP: Try to smash or chop the Cadbury Creme eggs into small pieces so that they mix into the popcorn easily, mixing by hand means that the chocolate can be broken up even more and distributed through the popcorn.
